Straight answers
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. If it stops earning its keep you should be free to walk, so we built it that way from day one.
Will my customers know it's AI answering?
A few will notice, and almost none will mind. What sticks with them is that somebody picked up and got their problem handled. We tune the greeting and the words so it sounds like your business, not a call center.
I already have a website. Does the chat work on it?
Yes. The website chat embeds into the site you already have, usually the same week. If your site needs a rebuild, that's an optional add-on and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth it.
Who actually does the work?
We do, plus our support team who handles day-to-day changes and keeps the system running. You text or call when something needs attention and we take care of it.
Do I need to log into a bunch of software?
No. We run the systems for you. If something needs changing, you text or call us and we change it. You do get a mobile app for answering calls, texting customers, taking tap-to-pay, and sending invoices while you're out on a job.
Do I need to be good with technology?
You need to be able to read a text message and use a mobile app. Everything else is handled by us.
What if I already have some of this?
We plug into whatever is working and only replace what isn't. On the call you'll get a straight answer, including 'you don't need us yet' if that's the truth.
How fast does it go live?
AI Answering is usually answering calls and chatting with your website visitors inside two weeks. A full website build takes a little longer.
What if it doesn't work for me?
